Susan S. Phillips (Ph.D.) is executive director of New College Berkeley, an affiliate of the Graduate Theological Union.

Susan is a spiritual director who, in addition to meeting with people one-on-one, also speaks around the world and regularly leads retreats for colleges, churches, clergy and laity.

Susan Phillips is a sociologist and teaches regularly for New College Berkeley, Regent College (Canada), Fuller Theological Seminary, and the Diploma in the Art of Spiritual Direction program at San Francisco Theological Seminary.
